Stilwell School of the Arts continues to model excellence in academics through the arts. We are ranked amongst the top high schools in the State of Georgia for the second consecutive year by U.S. News & World Report.

State Farms's Got Talent

This weekend Stilwell participated in State Farm's Got Talent at the Rialto Theater in Atlanta. These students did a phenomenal job and represented Stilwell beautifully. Congratulations to  Kendal Brown, Jovan Moore, Tamia Arrington, Alyssa Lewis, Autumn Bryant, Kennedi Lindsey, Tycorey Hooker, Mich Courtland, Marsalis Causey, and Marcus Johnson on a job well done. 



Singing Brothers of Stilwell

The National School Board Association announced that the Singing Brothers of Stilwell
won a spot at NSBA Annual Conference, March 30-April 1, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA.
  While the competition was fierce, Singing Brothers of Stilwell prevailed. 
Congratulations!!

Lottery Hope Jingle Contest.

One Act Play 2018

Stilwell School of the Arts Theatre Department wins first place in Region and fifth place in State for their production of the Colored Museum.  Top row features cast members Ketsia Alberto (Regions Best Supporting , State All Star Cast) Brendan White (Regional Best Actor, State All Star Cast), and Winter Jones ( Regions Best Actress).  Middle row features cast members Xavier Foster, Marcus Johnson, and Kailyn Gainer. Front row  features stage manager Katie Johnson and Theatre  Instructor/Director Johnathan Bottisti. 




The Singing Brothers of Stilwell just returned for a trip to Dallas, Tx where they performed for at the 2018 National Association of Music Educators.  Below is a link to an interview on National Public Radio.

On October 2, 2018, a donation was presented by Commissioner Felicia Franklin-Warner to the Stilwell Jazz Combo and the Singing Brothers of Stilwell at the Clayton County Commissioner's meeting.  We truly appreciate the support from our community stakeholders!


 



) 2018 All-National Honor Ensembles
Please congratulate Cardell Smart, Kalissa Hernandez and LinDell McFadden. These Stilwell choral students
will join the “best of the best” for the National Association for Music Education’s (NAfME) 2018 All-National Honor Ensembles November 25-28, 2018, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.  In preparation for this event,  they will be rehearsing a challenging repertoire and perform under the baton of the most prominent conductors in the United States.

 

Dr. Kay Pace
CCPS Board voted to name the new Fine Arts Elementary School after our very own Dr. Kay Pace.  We are very fortunate to have her on our staff and proud of the contributions she has brought and will continue to bring to 
Clayton  County Public Schools.
