WELCOME TO DR. GRAVES' WEBSITE
ABOUT ME
My name is Dr. Kristina Graves and I teach APUSH and United States History at Stilwell School of the Arts. I am a product of Clayton County Public Schools and graduated from Lovejoy High School in 1997. I am a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts (2001), Master of Arts (2006), and a Doctorate of Philosophy (2018). My fields of specialization include 19th and 20th century American history, women's history, and global social movements. I am passionate about public education, social justice, working with students, and history education. I also teach history classes at Clayton State University. In my spare time, I can be found at live music shows, roller derby bouts, traveling, or spending time with my fur-babies, Tori and Luna. I enjoy collecting vintage vinyl records, all things Wonder Woman and Harry Potter, and reading sci-fi and fantasy novels. Currently, I'm training for a half-marathon.
